St. Luke's Episcopal Church
Simeon, Virginia
 
A neighborhood place of worship for members of the family of Simeon Hovey Marshall and his wife, Mary Jane Hoover.  Marshall kept the store and post office across the road from the chapel, and the family lived nearby on the historic Colle farm.
 
"Well before 1892, a lady named Mrs. Marshall ran a two room Sunday School behind the site of the Bishops’ store . . . "

The Parish Church of Sarah Ellen Daugherty Marshall
